- Product Availability and Delivery Lead Times
The providers do not control the availability of titles not directly published by them. Delivery lead times and shipping details are provided, and customers are urged to consider these factors when placing orders.
- Help-my-onthou Orders
Die MentorProgram operates on a delivery lead time of approximately 2 (two) weeks from date of receipt of payment for an order.
As a result of holiday closures both locally and internationally, any orders placed over Christmas/New Year, may attract further delays in delivery. Please factor this into your scheduling.
(We fully appreciate the eagerness of families to obtain their books as soon as possible after order, and we certainly do strive to supply books in as short a time as possible.)
- Delivery Policy
Book orders include a “Fulfillment” charge covering administration, packaging, and delivery. International orders or those with specific delivery requirements may incur additional charges.
- Shipping
9.1 SA counter to counter
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
9.2 Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
9.3 Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
10. Refunds/Returns Policy
Upon receipt of your payment for your order, you will receive an email with proof thereof, including details for logging into your account.
10.1 Website subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled any time via the MY PROFIEL > ADMIN page located on the main menu on every member page.
10.1.1 Monthly subscriptions
If you cancel a monthly subscription, the repeat payments will be cancelled immediately, but you will still have access to the site until the end of the current subscription cycle.
Example: If your monthly subscription runs from the 15th of very month to the next and you choose to cancel your subscription on the 1st of any given month, you will still be able to access the website until the 15th of the month. On and after the 15th of that given month, no subscription fee will be deducted from your bank account and access to the website will cease.
10.1.2 Yearly packages
If you cancel a yearly package, you will still have access to the entire site until the end of the current academic year
If you do not wish to use the website at all after your cancellation, please send an email to admin@mentorprogram.co.za to receive a pro rata repayment.
Kindly note that should you alert us to the fact that you no longer wish to utilise the website, the pro rata repayment will be calculated from date of receipt of said email.
Should you NOT alert us to the fact that you no longer wish to utilise the website, the pro rata repayment in forfeited.
- Copyright – Photocopying a Criminal Offence
All materials sold are protected by copyright law. Photocopying is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.
- Resale of Books
Help-my-onthou books are licensed to a single purchaser and may not be resold to any other party. Families who have completed use of the books are urged to donate these resources to under-privileged friends or families that they may be aware of.

14. Families, Home-Schooling Co-Operatives, Small Schools, and Tutor Groups
Subscription to Die MentorProgram is licensed to a single purchaser to operate in a single family situation, in a similar way that software is licensed for use on a single computer. In the case of a home-schooling co-operative (several families working together) or a business concern operating a small school, or a tutor teaching a group of learners and wanting to use Die MentorProgram, please note that each student in the family, the small school, or tutor group, is required to purchase their own subscription. Contravention of this clause constitutes a breach of contract and will make the relevant parties liable to criminal prosecution and civil claims for damages. Assistance from Die MentorProgram.
- Assistance from Die MentorProgram
The definition of a mentor is someone who is “an experienced and trusted person who gives another person advice and help, esp. related to work or school, over a period of time.”
Subscription to Die MentorProgram is enrolling the help of a Math Mentor in the form of the wiskundeismalik.co.za website and The Providers.
15.1 Contact initiated by The Providers
From time to time The Providers will contact students (via the contact number and/or email address supplied during registration) to enquire about their progress.
These messages will be strictly contained to academic matters and parents are encouraged to monitor these interactions as far as the law allows.
Students are free to ignore these messages should they not wish to receive any help or guidance.
15.2 Contact initiated by the student
Students are free to contact The Providers (via email or whatsapp buttons and contact forms on the website) should they require additional help, over and above the instructional videos.
The Providers endeavour to reply in a timely manner during business hours.
In the case of problematic homework sums, the student will first be directed to a relevant video that might contain a similar problem. If a relevant video does not yet exist on the website, interim guidance and instruction will be given and said video will be produced and uploaded within 7 (seven) days of request.
In the case of the video not being sufficient, the student will be asked to supply a copy of their attempt to the problem and guidance will be given from there.
- Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement (CAPS) and other models
Videos on the website had their origin in the CAPS model and gradually expanded to include others, such as IEB. Additional videos are added as the need arises (see15.2 above)
- Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment may be made via any of the following options:
17.1 Credit/Debit Card via PayFast
We accept MasterCard and Visa cards. If you do not have a bank card please utilise one of the other payment options – see below. Payments made via Payfast are proccesed automatically and access granted to the website is immediate – should you encounter any problems, please contact Die MentorProgram via whatsapp (076 648 9407) or email (admin@mentorprogram.co.za)

17.2 EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
If you wish to pay via EFT, please send an email to admin@mentorprogram.co.za to request an invoice. On receipt of your request, The Providers will compile a Proforma Invoice (Quotation) which will be e-mailed to you within 24 – 72 hours for your consideration, together with a “Reference Number”.
Should you wish to accept this Proforma Invoice, you will then have to load Die MentorProgram as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique “Reference Number” for your payment. Please e-mail your proof of payment to admin@mentorprogram.co.za or sms it to 076 648 9407 to ensure your payment is confirmed and order processing can commence as quickly as possible.
17.3 Direct Deposit and Cash
You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except you will have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Please e-mail to admin@mentorprogram.co.za or whatsapp through your deposit slip to us on 076 648 9407 to ensure your payment is confirmed and order processing can commence as quickly as possible.
Payments in CASH must include 1.5 % of the value of the deposit to cover bank charges.
The Providers reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
